Shipping

Processing time:
In most cases we have inventory on hand and ready to ship in 2-3 days. On occasion due to hight demand, replenishments are on order and may take 2-3 weeks to ship. You will be notified in the event this occurs.
United States: We ship USPS Ground for standard shipping. Estimated shipping times are calculated at checkout. Please add an additional 2-3 days for order processing time. If you need a rush shipment, please contact us so we can help meet your needs the best we can!
International: Shipping outside the US is available.  Estimated shipping times are calculated at checkout. Please add an additional 2-3 days for order processing time. If you need a rush shipment, please contact us so we can help meet your needs the best we can! We are not responsible for any tariff or duty taxes that may incur. 
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unused items, returned in their original packaging.
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 14 days of delivery

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and the return may not be accepted/approved.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to use without prior notification.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an unused item, send us an email at orders@declarationhome.com. We will send you shipping instructions

Return Shipping
Please email orders@declarationhome.com for a return address and instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Privacy policy

We will only use your shipping, billing address and contact information for the following:
  • To communicate with you about your order
  • To fulfill your order
  • Keep you updated on future products / promotions
  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
